On the road to the Dakar 2011 World Forum 


 2011 WSF Preparatory Meeting, Dakar, July 27-29 2010

During the International Council Meeting held in Mexico City, it was recommended the organization of a technical preparatory seminar for the 2011 World Social Forum.
 This Seminar should allow all International Council members to take part in the implementation of the orientations defined by the Council and also to draw up the working axes that will give the 2011 WSF a structure.

Meeting on the African Communication Strategy for the 2011 WSF Dakar, Saturday 25 July 2010
During the International Council meeting of the World Social Forum in Mexico in May 2010, members of the African Social Forum Council attending the meeting announced that a meeting of the communication commission of the Social Forum Council would be organised alongside the International Council meeting scheduled in Dakar in the course of July.... <lire>

5th African Social Forum 2008 / Niamey / Niger / November 2008

From 25 to 28 November 2008, Niamey, the capital of Niger, will be the crossroads of Africa peoples march against globalization demeaning.
The 5th edition of the African Social Forum in Niger will be an opportunity to sustain and strengthen the development of synergy of actions between the different movements, in order to move towards  that other African possible

Summary of the Conclusion of the Council of African Social Forum, Abidjan / Côte d'Ivoire,  september 2008
We are pleased to inform you that the last meeting of the African Social Forum Committee was held in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) from 10 to 13 september  2008.
